No Foolin’

This evening I took a wellness assessment through my work wellness program. I, um, need to take better care of myself. The assessment results weren’t terrible by any means, but I can do better. I can eat better, I can manage my time better, I can be more mindful with my relationships, and I can prioritize self care. And when I say “prioritize self care” I mean doing it intentionally, not just flopping on the couch and playing with my phone while binge watching something terrible on Netflix. That’s not self care. In fact, less phone is a really good idea.

So, no foolin’ this April Fool’s–I’m going to do better. Watch me.
